The Schneider Electric ATV320U75N4C Variable Speed Drive is part / the Altivar Machine ATV320 series, specifically developed for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) who require compact, flexible, and high-performance motor control solutions. Its compact mechanical design allows vertical stacking inside machine frames, making it especially suitable for space-constrained installations.
Rated at 7.5 kW (10 hp) with a supply voltage range / 380–500 VAC, the ATV320U75N4C is designed to drive three-phase asynchronous and synchronous motors across a wide range / industrial applications. The drive features a robust construction with conformal-coated printed circuit boards compliant with IEC 60721-3-3 class 3C3, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments. Even at ambient temperatures up to 60°C, the drive maintains stable operation without the need for additional cooling.
The ATV320U75N4C integrates advanced motor control functions suitable for most common machine applications. These include high torque and speed accuracy at extremely low speeds, high dynamic performance through sensorless vector flux control, and an extended output frequency range for high-speed motor applications. It also supports parallel motor operation and special drive configurations using V/f control, providing good static speed accuracy.
Energy-saving operation for open-loop synchronous motors is supported, helping to reduce energy consumption in continuous-duty systems.
