The Schneider Electric ATV320U07N4C is a variable speed drive from the Altivar Machine ATV320 series, developed for industrial machinery and OEM-oriented applications. It is designed to operate with three-phase 380…500 VAC power supplies and provides reliable motor control for both standard and advanced machine functions.
This drive is built with conformal-coated electronic boards in accordance with IEC 60721-3-3 class 3C3, ensuring stable operation in environments exposed to dust, humidity, and mild corrosive conditions. Its thermal design allows continuous operation at elevated ambient temperatures, making it suitable for compact control cabinets without additional cooling requirements.
The integration / sensorless flux vector control enables accurate torque and speed regulation, even at very low motor speeds. The extended output frequency range supports high-speed motor applications, while optimized control algorithms enhance dynamic performance and overall energy efficiency.
To meet modern machine safety requirements, the ATV320U07N4C includes five integrated safety functions, configurable through SoMove s/tware. These functions can be used independently or combined with external safety architectures, helping machine builders achieve compliance with international safety standards.
