The Epro CON041-CN + PR6423/000-031-CN is a complete eddy current displacement measurement system designed for high-precision, non-contact monitoring / shaft vibration and position in rotating machinery. This sensor assembly combines the PR6423/000-031-CN probe with the advanced CON041-CN signal converter, resulting in a versatile and highly stable condition monitoring solution, particularly suited for industrial environments where accuracy, reliability, and robustness are crucial.
The PR6423/000-031-CN probe features an 8mm diameter sensing tip, optimized for use in medium-to-large rotating machines. When paired with the CON041-CN converter, the system delivers linear analog output signals that reflect the distance between the sensor and the target surface, enabling real-time diagnostics / critical components such as turbines, compressors, motors, and pumps.
The CON041-CN is an enhanced signal converter module /fering higher imm件y to electromagnetic interference and better long-distance signal transmission capabilities compared to the legacy CON021.
