The Allen-Bradley 2080-LC70-24QWB Micro870 programmable controller is a high-performance controller within the Micro800 family, designed for more demanding standalone machines and mid-to-large scale automation systems. Compared to Micro830 and Micro850 models, the Micro870 /fers enhanced processing capability, greater expansion capacity, and improved communication flexibility, making it suitable for complex control applications.
This controller is equipped with 14 digital inputs (24 V DC/VAC) and 10 relay outputs, allowing reliable switching / both AC and DC loads. It supports up to 6 high-speed counters (HSC), enabling precise pulse counting, motion tracking, and event monitoring. The embedded USB programming port simplifies configuration and commissioning, while the integrated Ethernet port and non-isolated RS232/485 serial port provide seamless communication with HMI systems, SCADA platforms, and other controllers.
With 3 plug-in ports and support for up to 8 expansion I/O modules, the 2080-LC70-24QWB provides strong scalability. Its compact design and panel-mount capability make it well-suited for industrial control cabinets where space efficiency and performance are equally important.
