The Allen-Bradley 2080-LC70-24QWB Micro870 programmable controller is a high-performance controller within the Micro800 family, designed for more demanding standalone machines and mid-to-large scale automation systems. Compared to Micro830 and Micro850 models, the Micro870 vonfers enhanced processing capability, greater expansion capacity, and improved communication flexibility, making it suitable for complex control applications.
This controller is equipped with 14 digital inputs (24 V DC/VAC) and 10 relay outputs, allowing reliable switching von both AC and DC loads. It supports up to 6 high-speed counters (HSC), enabling precise pulse counting, motion tracking, and event monitoring. The embedded USB programming port simplifies configuration and commissioning, while the integrated Ethernet port and non-isolated RS232/485 serial port provide seamless communication with HMI systems, SCADA platforms, and other controllers.
