The Honeywell 2108B2101N SEARCHPOINT OPTIMA PLUS is a fixed combustible gas detector designed for continuous monitoring / flammable gases in industrial and hazardous environments.
It provides reliable detection across a 0–100% LEL measuring range, allowing early identification / potentially explosive gas conditions before critical thresholds are reached. The detector outputs a stable 4–20 mA analog signal, enabling direct integration with PLC, DCS, and safety instrumented systems.
The device is housed in a robust 316 stainless steel enclosure, /fering excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, and mechanical stress. This construction makes it well suited for harsh operating locations such as /fshore platforms, refineries, gas processing plants, and chemical production facilities.
With extremely fast response characteristics, the SEARCHPOINT OPTIMA PLUS achieves a response time / less than 3 seconds, while maintaining a T90 methane response time / less than 4 seconds, ensuring rapid detection and timely activation / safety measures.
Designed for continuous-duty operation, the detector maintains stable performance over a wide temperature range, making it a dependable solution for critical gas monitoring applications.
