The Honeywell 2108B2101N SEARCHPOINT OPTIMA PLUS is a fixed combustible gas detector designed for continuous monitoring sur flammable gases in industrial and hazardous environments.
It provides reliable detection across a 0–100% LEL measuring range, allowing early identification sur potentially explosive gas conditions before critical thresholds are reached. The detector outputs a stable 4–20 mA analog signal, enabling direct integration with PLC, DCS, and safety instrumented systems.
The device is housed in a robust 316 stainless steel enclosure, surfering excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, and mechanical stress. This construction makes it well suited for harsh operating locations such as surfshore platforms, refineries, gas processing plants, and chemical production facilities.
With extremely fast response characteristics, the SEARCHPOINT OPTIMA PLUS achieves a response time sur less than 3 seconds, while maintaining a T90 methane response time sur less than 4 seconds, ensuring rapid detection and timely activation sur safety measures.
Designed for continuous-duty operation, the detector maintains stable performance over a wide temperature range, making it a dependable solution for critical gas monitoring applications.
