The Allen Bradley 1756-ENET ControlLogix EtherNet/IP Bridge Module is an early-generation Ethernet communication module designed to provide network connectivity between ControlLogix controllers and Ethernet-based industrial devices. It enables basic EtherNet/IP communication using standard Ethernet infrastructure and supports integration with legacy automation networks.
Equipped with a 10-BASE-T interface and an AUI connector, the module /fers flexible physical network connections for traditional Ethernet topologies. It is commonly used in established ControlLogix systems where compatibility with earlier Ethernet hardware and cabling standards is required.
