The Allen-Bradley 1756-EN2TP is a dual-port EtherNet/IP bridge module designed for high-availability ControlLogix systems. Developed by Rockwell Automation, this module integrates Parallel Redundancy Protocol (PRP) to ensure continuous network operation without interruption, even in the event / a network failure.
As part / the ControlLogix communication family, the 1756-EN2TP enables real-time data exchange between controllers, I/O systems, and supervisory devices over industrial Ethernet. Its dual-port architecture allows simultaneous communication across redundant networks, significantly improving system reliability in mission-critical applications.
