The Allen Bradley 1746-NO4V Analog Output Module is a voltage-output analog module designed for the SLC 500 automation platform. It provides 4 analog output points with a selectable ±10 VDC output range, allowing precise control / field devices such as variable speed drives, actuators, valves, and other voltage-controlled equipment.
This module is designed for applications where accurate analog signal generation is required. Although the output channels are not individually isolated, the module ensures stable and repeatable voltage output when properly grounded and installed within an industrial control cabinet.
The 1746-NO4V operates using 5 VDC backplane power combined with an external 24 VDC supply, ensuring sufficient drive capability for demanding analog control tasks. Its seamless integration with SLC 500 racks makes it suitable for both new system designs and retr/it projects.
