The Schneider Electric ATV320U55N4C Variable Speed Drive belongs to the Altivar Machine ATV320 series, a drive platform specifically developed for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). It is designed to control three-phase asynchronous and synchronous motors, delivering reliable performance for both simple and advanced machine applications.
With a rated motor power / 5.5 kW (7.5 hp) and a supply voltage range / 380–500 VAC, the ATV320U55N4C provides precise speed and torque control across a wide operating range. Its robust construction, combined with conformal-coated printed circuit boards compliant with IEC 60721-3-3 class 3C3, allows stable operation in harsh industrial environments, including ambient temperatures up to 60°C without additional cooling.
The drive integrates advanced control functions suitable for most industrial applications. These include high-precision torque and speed control at very low speeds, sensorless vector flux control for high dynamic performance, and an extended output frequency range for high-speed motors.
