Product Introduction
The Allen Bradley 1785-BCM/C Backup Communication Module is designed to provide redundant communication capability for PLC-5 control systems. Developed by Rockwell Automation under the Allen-Bradley product family, this module enables reliable processor backup and coordinated operation between primary and secondary PLC-5 controllers.
The 1785-BCM/C module supports one high-speed serial link and two DH+/RIO communication channels, allowing two PLC-5 processors to operate in a backup configuration.
